  • Senior Training

    Lower intensity personal training or semi-private training available to seniors as well. We can help with muscle and movement rehabilitation. This lower intensity option is also available to beginners.
  • 1-on-1 personal Training

    We have some of Madison’s best trainers here at Studio11 and we make your goals OUR goals. Not only do we train you, but we also become your cheerleader, your self-esteem builder, your confidant, and your accountability partner! Your first session with us is your evaluation session and is completely Free!
  • Semi Private Personal Training

    This option is a great option that we offer because you will still get that personal training attention all at a discounted rate. Semi personal training can be 2 to 4 people max. This is a popular option because, while it is still very private, working out next to someone can help give you that push you need!

Group Classes

  • CRX-4

    This class is a perfect mix of 4 components: strength, power, stamina, and flexibility! This HIIT class is the ultimate total body workout cooling down with a yoga-style stretch session.
  • Boot Camp Elite

    Our Bootcamp classes will help you shed weight and boost your metabolism! Focusing on compound movements, speed elements, and weights in each session, we will build your strength and endurance. From your head to toe, you will get a great workout for the day!
  • Upper Body Burn

    This HIIT class will mainly focus on the upper body. We will work on the back, biceps, shoulders, triceps, and chest.
  • Lower Body Burn

    With a focus on the glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves this HIIT class is designed for the lower body.
  • Kickboxing

    A combat based full body cardio workout! This workout is designed to burn calories at a rapid pace all while having fun. Blow off stress and build up a sweat, this will challenge the beginner to the elite athlete alike!
  • Morning sweat

    Rise and grind with us and start your day right. There are so many benefits to working out in the morning! In this work out we will wake up our muscles for the day and get our heart pumping. We will work out the whole body with this HIIT class and you will feel the burn all day and increase your productivity too!
  • DJ in the mix

    This is a fan favorite! We mix things up a bit by adding a LIVE DJ to the atmosphere! Not only is our vibe in the studio super encouraging and uplifting but including the DJ adds that extra jolt we need to make it through our high-energy classes! These classes book up fast because they are so FUN!
