For years I envied those who looked healthier than I did despite the fact that I was younger. I love shopping and dancing among other things and wanted to do those without that little nagging voice. You know what I’m talking about….the one that tells you some part of you doesn’t fit the part. There were influences in my life offering countless solutions, most of which I tried (gyms, diets, health fads) and yet I found myself in the same place year after year. Simply wanting to look and feel good in my own skin and not skimp on my favorite meal of the day: Breakfast! Today, despite being older I honestly feel like I’m there and my new goal is to help you get there too! I’m here to be your trainer, cheerleader, self-esteem builder and encourager. My motto is: Decide, Commit, Succeed. So if you make a decision to meet me at the gym, together we will commit to reaching your goals and I promise you will see the same major transformation I have. It won’t be easy and you may face a few hurdles, but I’ll remind you that YOU CAN DO IT along the way. Eventually, you will have healthier habits, feel better and be more confident about your body. I love being able to help our members achieve their goals and avoid unnecessary struggles. Because I’ve struggled with weight loss and body image for years, I’ve learned what is proven to work. With that said, my approach to fitness is very simple and sustainable. I’m here to teach you how to modify your existing eating habits in a way to support your goals. I will also build simple exercise routines that give you the best results in the shortest time.
